I do this often too!

As an aside, I also bend at the knees, palms down, and walk my body forward and do a push up, walk back and stand upright, just seems to be a great complimentary exercise to squatting, among many others. Glad I found this…
So I did my squats last night, glad I saved this article for future reference.
