This is a very underrated weight loss "hack"is

I lived in a walkable city and walk/cycle everywhere. Walking to and from work Monday to Friday is 3km of walking. I work with children so on the job I'm fairly active with them on most days. Outside of that, I have athletic hobbies. Because of this, I eat A TON (albeit mostly healthy), yet managed to not gain weight. According to friends and family members who I don't see regularly, they said I look slimmer.

This summer, I'll be moving to a car-dependent city, so I know won't be able to eat the same if I want to stay the same size.
