This was me a few years ago. I binge-read so many self-help books and blogs to the point where I had an overdose: information overload. I actually took a break from reading books and blogs altogether so I can give myself time to digest and decompress everything. Nowadays, I stay far away from that genre. I read more fiction books and nonfiction books that have nothing to do with self-help. It actually made me realize how underrated fiction books are these days and how these types of books can inspire you in ways that self-help books cannot.
