Very underrated form of exercise. And it’s so fun too. When I started getting back into practicing acrobatics, I would visit my local trampoline park to practice skills I can’t do on the ground. I always wake up sore the next day as if I went to the gym. People think exercise needs to be boring and a feel like a punishment. It doesn’t need to be that way!
